The Great Highland Bagpipe is the iconic instrument of Scottish tradition - powerful, emotive, and unmistakable. As a piper in the VPB, you'll perform everything from intimate ceremonies to world stages, representing over 100 years of heritage and excellence.

Our pipers range from intermediate players continuing to develop their skills to seasoned veterans with decades of experience. What unites them all is a commitment to excellence, a love for the music, and dedication to the band's tradition.
