Pipe Band Drumming

Pipe band drumming is unlike any other style of percussion. It's technically demanding, visually impressive, and absolutely essential to the band's sound and presence.

Our drum corps includes snare drummers providing intricate rhythmic patterns, tenor drummers adding melodic flourishes, and bass drummers anchoring the beat. Together, we create the powerful foundation that drives every performance.

The VPPB drum corps has been home to past world champion snare drummers, and we're looking for experienced players ready to contribute to that legacy of excellence.

How We Develop Drummers

Every drummer in the VPPB has access to comprehensive training and mentorship:
